Overall a really good place to eat. But sometimes they give you the wrong soup or soup that's all broth
I came here this morning. There were no cheese bagels, There were no chocolate pudding. I bought cherry pastry. It was yesterdays at best, maybe even older. Very disappointing experience.
Not so good experience. Placed a to go order, ordered the only vegetarian /vegan sandwich on the menu and they did not have the bread and they offered to make the same on a wheat bread horrible sandwich. I just couldn't get to even eating it by the looks, they had just dumped the ingredients. Never have I had such an experience. I wish my husband would have canceled the order instead of choosing another bread.
I am not sure what this is. I thought it was a normal Panera Bread...it's a Panera Togo which is fine for people that want to order takeout and be fast. But the most EXTREMELY wasteful place I have ever been. No matter if you're eating at the actual Panera they will still give every customer a bag, plastic-wrapped plasticware, and paper cups and bowls. It was an absolute disgrace for the environment and the eating experience. I love Panera to sit and have a nice lunch with actual utensils and plates/bowls. This was horrible.
The food at Panera is a little pricey, and the wait time can be enormous baseed on the time of day you go there. Despite this, the staff are helpful, and the food is of great quality (I recommend the Mac and Cheese).
