Worst Customer Service...Ever!
If I could give no stars I would.
I don't like scandals but this is absurd to me.
So upset with this branch. It's not the first time I walk in and it seems like I'm being pushed out of the building to use the ATM. I understand we're in 2017 but if I'm coming in to make a heafty deposit and pay my rent I expect to be helped by a teller not an ATM. I well aware on the functions of the ATM. I'm walking into the building to be served as a customer. I have other questions about my account that the ATM or online banking won't directly explain. I spent more time depositing money in the ATM than if a teller would have well served me. I'm upset about the service. Technology is technology, but customer service is valued. I just can't believe I was sent to the ATM with a deposit well over a grand. Maybe it's not much but that's way over forty bills depositing at one time. It's unsafe, time consuming and devaluing customer service by suggesting to go to the ATM. Twice.
I have yet to encounter a dumber teller...apparently you need to have an account with the bank to get change for $20!
Horrible customer service and ridiculous policies to cater to ignorant staff instead of educating their staff.
called before actually going, the lady on call was really rude and impatient, worst experience ever, they really need to improve and learn to behave
I somehow managed to get out of there without breaking into a guffaw.
I went there and the manager gave me an attitude. She doesnt know how to talk to customers! She yelled at me in front of the other people in line. Never going back again.
