Spoke to a woman on the phone, (trying to get more information on my ticket) I never in my life experienced an attitude like hers, so RUDE and no help whatsoever, she put me on hold for 5 minutes then asked me for my name and shut the phone in my face, leaving me confused. I then called multiple times right after and no one picks up.
I have worked for law firms for over 21 years and recently had the displeasure of speaking with Debbie at the Cranbury Township Municipal Court. She is unhelpful and incredibly rude, without reason. I was simply attempting to have a matter adjourned, which is a regular course of action between attorneys and court systems. It is perplexing that this person has attained a position interacting with people.
