As good infrastructure as any gym can give. Staff are quite courteous. It is located by a quiet parking lot.
It is simply a gym. I like that there is enough equipment to support busy hours. I am not a fan of the staff, they generally keep the place clean but that's about it and as much as I appreciate that, it would be nice if they were a bit more polite. They offer free training on certain hours but if they see someone improperly using the equipment, they won't say anything. I believe that as a trainer you should at least advise people even those who don't enroll in the classes. I think that would make for a better customer experience.
The gym itself is big and clean, however, the staff is rude and not willing to help. We came in with an ad from the local newspaper for a sign up deal ($0.25 down and $10 a month) and the address of the Plainsboro location, but the staff told us that they were not offering that deal until the next week. The ad said that the deal was running from 9/5-9/13 at the Plainsboro location and the Hillsborough location. The staff told us they were not offering the deal until 9/11 and they could not honor the advertisement with their address on it. They told us the manager hadjust stepped out and would be back shortly, but they said there was nothing they could do. Why would planet fitness place an ad for a deal in a local newspaper that they are not actually offering? I wouldn't get a membership now after this experience. I posted a picture of the ad below.
Love Everything about this place. Staff are really friendly. Place is well equipped. Love the color theme☺️.
Nice staff but the signup was kinda confusing in terms of what coupons or specials they honor.
