I LOVE coming here! The service is personal and they are very genuine in their products. I recently brought a watch in to get a wooden bezel attached, knowing it was a very delicate piece. I received a call from Ron informing me they broke it but tried to correct it and it's upto my discretion if I want them to buy me a new one or not. I could sense his genuine disappointment over the phone that they weren't able to deliver as promised and I absolutely loved the chat we had after! I now live in New York, but would strongly consider coming back just to get jewelry/watches repaired.
