I personally always get a fully-loaded pulled-pork burrito bowl. Good Lord, the marinated juices and pork fat! This restaurant loads significantly more meat than other Mexican chains.
The food was delicious and the ordering process via Beyond Menu was also easy and effortless, however, I was placing a big order for my company's lunch and the experience I had with the staff is the reason we will not be using this restaurant in the future. The lady who answered the phone did not even try to help me with a simple question and when I asked to speak to her manager, she proceeded to hang up the phone multiple times! Then her manager( his name was June) answered and he was even worse! I have never encountered someone as rude as this guy!! Talk about customer service... we made sure to tell the poor delivery driver that the food was good, but just tell your boss that it is because of your two very RUDE employees that we will never place an order with this restaurant again. Also, our order total was $130!! I really hope the owners can realize that they are loosing customers because of their rude staff and take some action.
The food is good - the prices are reasonable but the management is terrible. Let me explain. Everyone that works there looks miserable. None of the workers are smiling and the guy I believe to be the owner (heavy set bald guy that needs to shave) is rude at best - really does nothing to be welcoming - he really needs to learn to smile and say thank you to his customers - be polite and shave dude you look so dirty. The only one in the place that seems to be working is this short Indian women - get her some help
The vegetable toppings are colorful, fresh, and diverse (Chipotle doesn't offer sauteed Zucchini!).
This is the worst Mexican place I ever seen.. First it's expensive they don't give chips with the entree, every Mexican place serves that and taste was really bad.. The salsa have very bad taste and it's not worth of the price . They should improve the quality..
This place is slept on. Come for their daily specials (including fish tacos!), discounted entrees on Sundays, and more!
